At Limitless we are changing how Millennials think about investing and about themselves. We created a super-friendly tool that enables banks’ customers to start investing money easily even without much capital, knowledge and time.

We are a diverse team of highly motivated and experienced professionals and our offices are located in Warsaw and London.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has at least 2 years of office management experience 

  • Preferably experience in dealing with fintech

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work without supervision

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills

  • Technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong organisation skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask 

THE JOB

  • Handles expenses and billing cycles

  • Manages staff expense requests

  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing 

  • Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business founders and employee events

  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail

  • Assists in planning and arranging events

  • Drafts and formats relevant documents

  • Interacts with founders and carries out their requests

  • Manages outgoing post, records data and files appropriate documents
