OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (part-time)
At Limitless we are changing how Millennials think about investing and about themselves. We created a super-friendly tool that enables banks’ customers to start investing money easily even without much capital, knowledge and time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has at least 2 years of office management experience
Preferably experience in dealing with fintech
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Strong organisation skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to multitask
Handles expenses and billing cycles
Manages staff expense requests
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business founders and employee events
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Assists in planning and arranging events
Drafts and formats relevant documents
Interacts with founders and carries out their requests
Manages outgoing post, records data and files appropriate documents
LOCATION: WARSAW, POLAND
This is a part-time position averaging 20-30 hours per week.
