WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Drive our growth and take responsibility for customer acquisition by executing a winning go-to-market strategy in alignment with our strategic goals
Improve the sales process and materials
Identify key potential customers in the Financial Services sector, understand their needs and the best way to position our product to this particular customer
Provide research within targeted accounts to identify contacts / key stakeholders and important account information prior to contact approaches
Make the best use of the extensive network of the founders and investors
Work on the current leads and as a next step gradually build your own leads
Present demos to potential customers
Take part in trade shows and conferences for lead generation and sales
End to end ownership of the sales process from lead generation, first point of contact to planning and carrying out customer presentations, defining offers, contract negotiations and closing deals
Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers
Be on top of it all and keep abreast of industry news, technologies, trends and opportunities
Regularly report your activities, progress and success directly to the management team
Be able to show progress early on in a long sales cycle type of business
This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.

At least 3 years of experience with sales / business development and managing multiple customers within enterprise sales(pref. software).
A track record of personal selling and closing complex technical solutions to enterprises
Preferably experience in dealing with banks and insurers.
Deep interest in fintech
Analytical skills to analyse and manage the sales pipeline, set goals and determine pricing
Experience working in startup and/or corporate environment is desired
Experience in working in an international environment
Open to hiring other sales people and leading a sales team in the future
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Great command of the English language
Flexibility to travel extensively is required
The candidate can be based anywhere in Europe(incl. Israel) and needs to be ready to travel +/- 10 days/month. Mostly in Europe.
EU5k gross base + a generous success fee
